I contacted Susie to help my Mum with moving house. The house had been lived in for 20+ years and is a large property so I knew that my Mum being on her own could become overwhelmed with even where to start!
This is where Susie came in- together she helped sort , pack & declutter- always asking beforehand. This made my Mum feel more comfortable.
Susie is a very calm yet efficient organiser and she is sensitive to the situation you are in- for example we unearthed a lot of sentimental items!
If you need stuff sorting - Susie is the lady to go to and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her (and have done so already)  - I will also be calling on her for my own house move- I’m sure!

Susie came to our home to undertake a consultation and I cannot recommend her enough. If you’re worried about inviting someone into your home, I can’t recommend Susie enough. Susie made me feel at ease, no judgement or shame, and hopeful. An injury a couple of years ago meant that I’ve not been able to keep up with organising and decluttering but now I am excited to get Susie’s support to create a space that feels like home again. Wow I feel like a new woman...Susie came to my house to help me sort my kids bedrooms out before Christmas as I couldn't bring myself to buy any new toys for christmas because of the sheer volume of toys they already have that they never play with. Ive wanted to do something for a while but just couldnt get started. That was until I seen Sorted...Etc on socials and knew exactly thats what I needed and now its all sorted im going into Christmas in a completely different frame of mind. Susie was fantastic! She came & sorted my home office, which was quite frankly a nightmare, I was completely overwhelmed by it. I cannot recommend Sorted etc highly enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Life-Changing Wardrobe Service!

I booked Susie to help me sort out my overflowing wardrobe, and I can honestly say it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. Susie is  friendly, and incredibly organized — she didn’t just tidy things up, she completely transformed how I use my space.

She also helped me decide what to keep, donate, and store, all without making me feel pressured. I loved how she styled my clothes by color and season, and even suggested new outfit combinations I’d never thought of before. My wardrobe now looks like something out of a boutique — everything has a place, and getting dressed in the morning is actually fun again!

Can’t express my gratitude to this amazing lady, a friend recommended Susie to help me with the overwhelming job at hand, my garage, filled with clothes, old furniture, oddments from over the years, I literally couldn’t cope without her help, she was incredibly helpful and professional. I was moving house and downsizing and needed to do a complete sort out and didn’t know where to start and kept procrastinating . A friend had recommended Sorted Etc, having recently had a ‘declutter’ before she had some house renovations done. I booked Susie and she was brilliant. Following redundancy in 2019 from a job I loved, I decided to give my wardrobe a good sorting as I found I had the time. By selling some of my unwanted items, donating others and organising the remainder, I was left with a wardrobe that made sense and most importantly this created much needed clarity in my mind.

This was the start of Sorted…Etc. The “etc” was all about by just clearing out and organising one part of my space, I created clarity, which gave way to the idea that perhaps this was a service I could offer to others.
